• Fewer patients will have their appointments cancelled because the medical record is missing

• All of our managers will be using the one set of data
• Having a single system will help us utilise it and get to know it better
• The new system will have a lot more realtime information to make better operational decisions

• Clinicians will be using the one system which is up-to-date improving decision making
